Practice Coasteering in Mallorca

Not many places have the unique conditions we can find in Mallorca for this adventure activity which is coasteering. Sea and mountain get together in a fun and refreshing excursion, available for all ages, public and levels. This activity is an adventure activity park, comparable to climbing, as it is quite the same as canyon descending. Coasteering in Mallorca combines hiking, climbing, rappelling, cliff jumping, zip-line, snorkelling, etc, which is an alternative activity for summer instead of climbing as the canyons are quite dry and without water due to the heat.

The route goes through the coast of Mallorca via cliffs and areas of difficult access which will need the help of ropes and eye-bolts. We start hiking on an easy route through pine woods to get to the first projection, where our official mountain guides will do a briefing on security and on how to use the ropes. We start the adventure in Mallorca with rappelling over the sea, and then swimming a few meters to the first jumps, of 3 to 5 meters, where our guides will show you how to jump safely.

We will continue our route swimming and climbing cliffs where we will enter a cave, with an amazing entrance, and then leave it climbing by monkey bars. This will situate us at the beginning of a 25 meter zip-line over the sea. The zip-line with a quick release system will let us drop into the sea at full speed from 6 meters height. 

Although coasteering in Mallorca seems a difficult adventure activity which is not suitable for everyone, it’s not true, all kinds of people without experience can practice it, being ideal for stag/hen parties, summer camps, families with children, etc. those who want to have a good time in a different way.
