Program description:
This programme is for adventurous, active people. The calcareous rock of Majorca features spectacular ravines sculpted through the years by the action of water, which has opened a path for itself between walls of sheer rock on its journey to the endless sea. We follow these paths on our visits to three of the classically beautiful gorges on the island, one of which leads us to the sea.

Minimum equipment requirements the client must provide:
- Good shoes for the type of activity (sturdy sport shoes or hiking boots).
- Water for under way, at least 1½ litres.
- A light snack
- Towel and - change of clothes.

Detailed information on each day or excursion

Day 1. Barranco (gorge) de Coanegra: This gorge with its exceptionally good features of natural excavation into the calcareous rock is very interesting and a good place to start gorge walking. With the option of returning back up the same valley, the excursion is exciting and attractive, ideal for learning to move in this kind of terrain.
- Journey there: 40 min. Journey back: 40 min. Descent time: 3:00 hrs. Descent height: 160 m. Distance: 1.500 m.

Day 2. Barranco de Biniaraix: This is one of the classical gorges with the greatest height difference on the island. It features spectacular fragmentation of about 40 m, the approach is through a very beautiful area and includes parts of the marked hiking track GR 221.
- Journey there: 1:15 min. Journey back: 30 min. Descent time: 4:00 hrs. Descent height: 250 m. Distance: 1.000 m.

Day 3. Barranco de na Mora: The gorge is also called “sa Fosca petita” (“the little dark place”) due to the wonderful stretch that runs through deep shade, making it one of the most distinctive gorges on the island. The last part is especially worth seeing, as it opens out directly onto the Mediterranean. If weather permits, we can swim out or leave the gorge by boat.
